A training for the leaders of self-help groups was organised at the Training Centre on 23 January 2023. Thirty-five SHG leaders attended the programme. Information on roles and duties was given to the office-bearers.
The programme coordinator gave information to women on documents of the groups and their update. She told the participants how they could write meeting registers, loan registers, savings passbook, resolution, minutes of monthly meeting, etc.
A few tips on strengthening the groups and taking them forward, right use of loans, monthly savings and timely refund of the loan were given. Women were motivated to get associated with small employment.
